Signage Solutions for Kedrion's New Premises

THE CHALLENGE

Lean Productions, an existing client, approached us with a new project requiring the addition of custom graphics to their client, Kedrion, newly acquired premises. Starting with a blank canvas, Lean Productions had a clear vision of the graphics they wanted to display in specific areas of Kedrion’s new building.

THE SOLUTION

While the client had a strong idea of the design and placement, our expertise was crucial in selecting the appropriate materials, fixings, and ensuring the overall practicality and durability of the project. Our sales team worked closely with Lean Production, consulting them on the best material choices to bring their client’s vision to life effectively.

1. Interior Office Space:

   For the interior office space, we produced smaller vinyl graphics using high tack vinyl. The graphics were directly printed onto the vinyl's front face and finished with a matte laminate to ensure longevity, even in a busy work environment.

   

2. Large Wall Graphics:

   Kedrion required large graphics for an empty wall within the premises. We used the same high tack vinyl, ensuring consistency in quality and finish. The graphics were directly fitted to the blank space, providing a seamless and impactful visual statement.

   

3. Office Dividers:

   In the office's interior, the client wanted to introduce more colour and showcase an engaging graphic of their company values. To achieve this, we used Easy Dot Vinyl with a full-colour graphic printed on the front. This vinyl features a unique dot-patterned adhesive, which forms air channels that ensure a smooth, bubble-free, and wrinkle-free installation.

   

4. Exterior Hallway Space:

   The exterior hallway, featuring an exposed brick wall, presented a challenge where vinyl was not a suitable option due to the texture and visual requirements. To address this, we opted for aluminium composite panels, providing a durable and visually striking solution that could be securely fixed to the brick surface.

   

5. Canteen Wall Graphics:

   For both the Copper and Lakeside canteens, we used full-colour printed ultra-grab vinyl with matte lamination. This choice ensured vibrant and durable graphics that could withstand the high-traffic environment typical of canteen spaces.

THE RESULT

The project was completed to both clients’ satisfaction, with the high-quality materials and expert installation ensuring that Kedrion's new premises were transformed into a visually cohesive and inspiring environment. The combination of vinyl graphics and aluminium composite panels provided both flexibility and durability, aligning with the client’s vision and the practical demands of the space.
