Branded Wayfinding Signage for New Park Royal Site

THE CHALLENGE

When a long-time client relocated to a new site in Park Royal, they turned to us to create a complete set of branded wayfinding signs. Their main goal was to improve the site’s functionality while ensuring every sign aligned perfectly with their brand guidelines.

The project required a variety of signs for key areas, including parking, deliveries, loading bays, and warehouse entrances. Some signs needed enhanced night-time visibility, while all signage had to reflect the brand’s visual identity. Additionally, parts of the installation posed logistical challenges, particularly for loading bay signs that required safe and precise work at height.

OUR SOLUTION

We provided a full-service approach, managing the design, fabrication, and installation of custom signage tailored to the client’s needs. By collaborating closely with the client, we ensured that every sign was not only functional and durable but also visually cohesive with their branding.

Here’s what we delivered

We crafted several signs using 3mm white aluminium composite, selecting specific finishes and materials to suit their unique purposes:

  • Office Entrance and Authorised Parking Only signs featured direct UV print with a matt lamination finish, mounted securely with aluminium channels and bars.

  • Deliveries Only and Bays 1–8 signs incorporated white reflective vinyl (MM-RF3) for enhanced night-time visibility. The former was mounted with channels and bars, while the latter was installed seamlessly using high bonding tape.

  • Additional warehouse signs were created using the same durable materials and installed flush with high bonding tape for a clean, professional finish.

  • Reflective Vinyl Integration: We used white reflective vinyl (MM-RF3) on key signs, ensuring excellent visibility at night without sacrificing the client’s brand aesthetics.

  • Custom Tailoring: Every sign was carefully designed to adhere to strict brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across the entire site.

  • High-Level Installation: Our team expertly managed the installation of signs at height, particularly around loading bays, ensuring safety and precision throughout.
