THE CHALLENGE
We have worked with the client in the past on smaller vinyl projects. He walked in one day interested in creating an illuminated sign for the entrance of his business.
After consulting with our sales team, he realised that illuminated signs is not the avenue he wanted to pursue and asked if we can offer him an alternative solution.
THE SOLUTION
Our sign consultant carried out a site survey to discuss the requirements and assess the site. At the gallery we were not allowed to install directly to the glass and had to work with an alternative solution. The team discussed various options with the client and decided to use a uniform look by using matching channels behind both signs.
To ensure the new sign packs a punch we created 3-dimensional lettering by using 20mm thick Acrylic lettering. Sometimes a simplistic solution delivers a big punch. The letters were fixed to black channels and attached to the front of the building.
At the warehouse the client wanted to keep an universal look but it could be a more subtle approach. This sign was made from 3mm dibond flat cut letters.
THE RESULT
The signs leave an impression on the passersbys. It’s easily identifiable and attractive looking while saving the client on the cost of illumination. Our team was able to problem solve and came up with a suitable solution that delivers the desired effect.
