Foam PVC offers a cost-effective starting base with a good quality end result. The sheets are flat and versatile lightweight material, useful for wall cladding, signage, and display, and are suitable for direct printing.
The material is also available in a variety of stock colours including dark blue, dark yellow, green, grey, light blue, light yellow, orange, red and black.
Foam PVC is a high-density sheet that offers good dimensional stability, enabling it to be formed three-dimensionally. The stability and rigidity of the foam board allow for numerous applications from temporary signage, lettering, model builds exhibition stands, decorative wall cladding, and photo mounting. Foam PVC qualities make it ideal for line bending and folding. Plinths stand, and exhibition units can be achieved through this process.
When untreated it is suitable for short-term exposure outside but is a great product for long-term interior graphics.
It is also available in various thicknesses. 3mm or under thick foam PVC can be cut using a Stanley knife. For thicker sheets though, standard cutting equipment is required.
