The FASTSIGNS Goes the Extra Mile incentive aims to bring the FASTSIGNS UK network together through exercise, to raise funds for a charity close to our heart, The Simon Cooper Foundation.

At our Summer BBQ our employees and guests covered 5.8 miles racing each other on stationary bikes. (Read about the fun on our previous blog) Now we have the remaining 42.3 miles left to complete. At FASTSIGNS® Hammersmith our team decided to cover this by competing in our very own version of a TRIATHLON, dividing the 3 disciplines of running, cycling and swimming between us all.
Our week was kicked off with a lot of enthusiasm and we completed 5.3 miles in total on Monday 6 August.
The "runners" took advantage of the beautiful weather and set off during their lunch break for scenic walks.

Petr who opted to walk to all his client visits, ditching the warm London underground for some fresh air. And Nicola went for a 1km swim at the local pool.
