Local signage and visual communications specialists, FASTSIGNS York, has once more been recognised with awards at the UK franchise network’s annual convention.
Each year, the FASTSIGNS annual convention reviews the network’s successes over the past 12 months. It brings the FASTSIGNS UK teams and suppliers together to help share industry knowledge, culminating in a grand gala dinner after the two-day convention.
FASTSIGNS York, which is led by Directors, Sarah Bradshaw and Ian Ellis, and based in Pocklington, was presented with the Exceptional Customer Service Award 2022 and the Sales Improvement of the Year 2022 award at the awards ceremony, held at The Marriott Hotel in Leicester.
Commenting on their convention success, Ian Ellis said:
“We are extremely proud of what we do, so it was a real pleasure to receive awards for both outstanding customer service and outstanding year-on-year sales growth – but it is the award for Exceptional Customer Service which really makes us proud. Sarah and I have built our business around going the extra mile for our customers and this award is testimony to our achievement. It reflects customer sentiment and over the past 12 months and we thank our customers for taking the time to provide us with their feedback.”
