Creating a Welcoming and Branded Space for a New Nursery

The Challenge

A new nursery recently opened its doors in our area, aiming to create a welcoming and nurturing environment for young children. However, they needed a cohesive and appealing branding solution that would not only mark their presence but also create a sense of warmth and security for both children and parents. They reached out to us to help with both interior and exterior branding to achieve this goal.

The Solution

To establish a strong brand presence from the outside, we began by installing a freestanding sign on posts at the entrance, making it easy for parents and visitors to locate the nursery. The sign, prominently featuring the nursery’s name and logo, serves as a clear and welcoming marker of the premises.

For the windows, we opted for printed vinyl applied to the interior of the glass. This choice not only displays the nursery’s name and branding elements but also provides much-needed privacy, ensuring a safe and secure environment for the children inside.

The entrance of the nursery was further enhanced with a dibond panel featuring a full-colour print positioned above the door. This adds a professional and polished look to the entrance, reinforcing the brand's identity as soon as visitors arrive. Additionally, we applied printed vinyl to block out the glass, adding another layer of privacy and security while maintaining a clean and attractive aesthetic.

Inside the nursery, we focused on creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Vinyl logos and graphics were strategically placed along the interior walls, contributing to a lively and welcoming environment. These playful yet professional touches help to make the space feel comfortable and engaging for the children, as well as reassuring for the parents.

The Result

The end result is a nursery that is not only easily recognizable and professional-looking from the outside but also warm and inviting on the inside. The combination of exterior and interior branding has significantly boosted the nursery's brand awareness in the community, while the thoughtful design choices have created a secure and welcoming space for children and parents alike. This project demonstrates the powerful impact of well-executed signage in enhancing both brand identity and the overall atmosphere of a space.
