Affinity Water
The Challenge
Affinity Water approached FASTSIGNS St Albans asking us to tender a proposal for their re-branding project across their 20+ branches within the Hertfordshire / Essex area, as they required 3 companies for the bid. Across all sites, their old signage needed to be removed and replaced with signage that showcased their new branding and worked functionally to ensure proactivity, provide information, and directional and safety features with their sites.
The Solution
FASTSIGNS St Albans conducted site surveys at each branch so the proposal that was submitted to the client was as detailed and accurate as possible. This step was imperative to ensure that Affinity Water knew exactly what service, products and quality they would be receiving from FASTSIGNS as their potential chosen signage provider. The client decided to accept our proposal as they found our online portal system and artwork proofing system impressive as they could track the status and progress of each site independently. All artwork was designed as per the brand guidelines ensuring consistency across every branch. The signage at each branch varied and the initial site survey allowed FASTSIGNS to identify the requirements of each site, including reviewing current signage fixtures to capitalise on reusing signage hardware, where it was safe to do so.
Across the 20 sites, FASTSIGNS ST Albans installed vast amount signage which included exterior building signs, site identification signs and wayfinding directories, health and safety signage as well as branded notice boards and interior decor privacy features. To deliver this suite of signage, FASTSIGNS utilised replacement aluminium panels, vinyl prints to cover existing signs that were suitable for reuse, PVC foam sign coverings, acrylic wall-mounted signs and privacy window frosting.
This was all completed on time adhering to the strict timelines we had received from the client.
The Result
With the help of FASTSIGNS St Albans, Affinity Water brought their branches completely up to date following their rebrand. With a range of new signs that span internal and external spaces, there is now a strong and evident new brand identity that customers and staff alike can connect with.
