Meet Our Team

Martin is our Managing Director, having taken the helm of the Sheffield and Chesterfield franchise after an extensive career in hospitality. He believes that the management and customer service skills he honed during his previous career serve him well in his current role. In his leisure time, Martin enjoys both following and occasionally playing cricket during the summer, while in the winter, he endures the highs and lows as a devoted Spurs supporter.

Jo is our Financial Director and co-owner, responsible for managing the accounts, ensuring that suppliers are paid, and overseeing customer payments. With 33 years of experience in the accounts department of a local firm, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Outside of work, Jo is an avid theater enthusiast and an Agatha Christie fan.

Willow serves as our Business Development Manager and has been in the sales industry since the age of 17. She has a passion for meeting people, building relationships, and understanding clients' needs. What she loves most about working at FASTSIGNS is the variety each day brings. Our only challenge is convincing her to head home at the end of the day!

Jay, our lead designer, spearheads the initiation of the production process. His role includes coordinating the transfer of designs to our printer and plotter. Among his projects, his favorite was creating office wall vinyls for TES. Jay was actively engaged in every stage of this venture, starting with a Zoom meeting to understand the client's requirements, followed by preparing and printing the vinyls, and culminating in a two-day installation of the wall coverings in Cardiff.

Charlie became a part of FASTSIGNS in September 2024, following her design studies at university. She excels in tackling our most creative projects and relishes this aspect of her role, viewing her work as the perfect blend of hobby and career. Outside of design, Charlie is passionate about kayaking and makes it a point to get on the water as frequently as possible.

Kev, who leads our production team, is responsible for coordinating the laminating, cutting, and application processes. His favorite project was crafting a massive warehouse sign measuring 13 meters by 6.1 meters, which was constructed from 18 panels. Ensuring that all the panels aligned perfectly was a critical aspect of this project.

Abi joined our team as a Customer Sales Advisor during her summer break from university. Since returning to her studies at Hallam University in September, she has transitioned into a production role, working one day a week. Abi specializes in weeding vinyl, using her steady hand and patience to ensure a high-quality finished product. She is currently pursuing a degree in art.

Shamac, our newest team member, joined us in November 2024. Originally from Poland, he previously worked for a sign company in Essex before relocating up north. He is particularly enjoying the more affordable living costs in Sheffield, especially appreciating the lower prices at barbershops, as he gets a haircut every week!

Michael, the son of the owners, works in production one day a week while studying IT at Sheffield College. He enjoys his time at work and is currently learning to operate our CNC router.
