Leeds Marriott Hotel
The Leeds Marriott Hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is a popular destination for visitors and locals alike. Boasting its own steak house and bar, the hotel is visited by guests looking to enjoy an evening in atmospheric surroundings.
The Challenge
We recently helped the Leeds Marriott to rebrand their bar and grill. The bar was previously called 1871 and the restaurant Mid Town Grill, and the rebrand has brought them both under the name of Cast Iron Bar & Grill.
The Solution
As the new name is Cast Iron and the restaurant is situated within a historic building, we created a classic-industrial feel using plenty of metallic materials and a dark, natural colour scheme. Using the restaurant’s logo and branding, we created and installed:
- An illuminated rusted steel entrance sign
- External fascia signage
- Branded interior steel wall and window graphics
- Framed prints of historic Leeds buildings
- Branded wall-mounted chalk boards
- Illuminated internal wayfinding signage
The overall effect is a stylish and contemporary space that pays homage to its home city. Visitors and guests will be able to enjoy their surroundings and find their way around with ease. Pleased with the transition, this concept is being used across lots of the Marriott Hotels and we are currently manufacturing the signs for the York Marriott.
