FASTSIGNS Leeds helped with the office signage for a major rebrand as Hitachi Capital became Novuna.

The Challenge

FASTSIGNS Leeds have a pre-existing relationship with Novuna, and have worked with them under their previous name, Hitachi Capital, since 2014. We previously installed the Hitachi-branded signage at their offices, so when the existing signage needed replacing to reflect their new rebrand, they reached back out to us.

Novuna needed fresh new signs to let the world know about their new name. The name, a combination of the Latin words for ‘new’ and ‘together’ was specifically chosen as it captured the essence of how the business works. It was vital the rebrand made an impact and customers were immediately on board with the new identity, and the right signs and graphics play a major part in that.

The Solution

The scope of this project was large, with a wide range of signage and graphic solutions required to completely refresh Novuna’s large office space. Amongst the signs and graphics that we provided were:

  • External illuminated signs
  • External parking signs
  • Internal wall logos
  • Internal glass manifestations
  • A branded vending machine

Novuna trusted FASTSIGNS Leeds not only for the installation of the signs, but also our design abilities. Our in-house design team created a series of mock-ups to present to Novuna so that the sizes and positions could be approved before the install. This helped ensure the signs were completely accurate first time.

Amongst the signs we installed were some at a high level. Due to the height, we had to install scaffolding to ensure our install team had secure, safe access. We coordinated this successfully with the access company at the site.

The Result

With the help of FASTSIGNS Leeds, Novuna brought their office space completely up to date following their rebrand. With a range of new signs that span internal and external spaces, there is now a strong and evident new brand identify that customers and staff alike can connect with.
