The Guildford branch of global signage and graphics franchise, FASTSIGNS, has been rewarded for its complex signage solutions provided to Elderly Daycare Centre, in Park Barn Drive, Guildford.
FASTSIGNS® Guildford, which is based on Moorfield Rd, was a runner-up in the Comprehensive Solutions of the Year category at this year’s FASTSIGNS UK convention and awards ceremony, which took place at Staffordshire’s St George’s Park. The award is given for demonstrating a full utilisation of the range of FASTSIGNS solutions, and using them to overcome customers’ complex communication challenges.
Each year, the global signage and visual communications specialist’s annual convention recognises the franchise network’s successes over the past 12 months. It brings the FASTSIGNS UK teams and suppliers together to help share industry knowledge, culminating in a grand gala dinner after the two-day convention.
Staff from the centre were also recognised for their commitment to high-quality customer service. On the night it was announced that they were one of a select group of other teams in the country to receive a 100 per cent Net Promoter Score via customer engagement software, Listen 360, between September 2020 and 2021.
In 2019, FASTSIGNS® Guildford was the first FASTSIGNS centre in the UK to reach a score of 100 percent, over a full twelve month period of measurement.
