The Challenge:

Pineapple Events manages numerous kiosks at various fairgrounds and event spaces. Patrons of visitor attractions expect an experience from their day, including the concession stands. Pineapple Event’s kiosks require frequent rebranding, to align with specific events or thematic changes. The challenge lies in creating visually appealing, durable, and easily updatable artwork, that withstands the busy environments these kiosks operate within.

The Solution:

As Pineapple Events' trusted partner, FASTSIGNS® was tasked with fitting or refitting these kiosks, to meet their unique specifications and creative vision. As the need arose, the team visited each kiosk to take measurements and made note of the condition and availability of fixtures and fittings. FASTSIGNS® worked directly with the Pineapple Event’s team to understand the design for the kiosk and then our signage experts made recommendations for achieving the design brief, set by the events specialists.

All suggestions are made with durability and longevity in mind, but each kiosk is approached individually to ensure a high-end finish. FASTSIGNS® has recently helped Pineapple Events develop the signage at the following kiosks:

• Cape Cod: FASTSIGNS® wrapped the whole kiosk in full-colour vinyl and crafted a standout logo from layered foam PVC, creating a 3D effect. The logo was securely mounted, and we installed two outdoor digital advertising displays to promote the kiosk's daily menu.

• Chocolate and Waffles: The kiosk's blue structure was completely transformed with bright vinyl and additional cut vinyl graphics, including gold details for an eye-catching finish.

  

• Veggie Box: FASTSIGNS® rebranded this kiosk using self-adhesive vinyl to cover the kiosk in a vibrant design. The additional logo features were created from printed foam PVC layers. To keep customers informed menu boards were installed to complement the new look.

  

• Spice Kitchen and Bubble Tea: These staples were refurbished with large foam PVC panels attached to wooden units, featuring full-colour prints and matte laminate. Foam PVC menu panels enhanced the stalls' branding.

  

• Cloud 9 Treats Stall: To increase curb appeal, gloss black cladding and layered brushed gold letters were added to create a luxury finish, with additional white Foam PVC letters for a dynamic effect.

  

Maintaining a high standard of visual aesthetic across all kiosks helped ensure Pineapple Event’s kiosks met visitors' expectations and enhanced their time spent within theme park venues, helping to deliver great customer satisfaction.

Each concession stand balances creativity with practical needs, using recurring materials and techniques to deliver reliable results.
