FASTSIGNS embraced this challenge with a strategic and collaborative approach

The Challenge

MSI Reproductive Choices embarked on a journey to expand its operations with new clinic sites in Oxford, Rotherham, Reading, Chesham and Dudley. To facilitate this expansion, they needed a strong branding presence that could convey professionalism and continuity across all locations. MSI contacted FASTSIGNS to help them achieve this, through dynamic signage at each site, whilst working to demanding timelines.

The Solution

The Oxford clinic posed the initial challenge. With the clinic set to open within a week or two after the signage project was confirmed, there was little room for error. Meeting this deadline required effective planning and execution to ensure the clinic's visual identity was ready in time for its grand opening.

FASTSIGNS embraced the challenge with a strategic and collaborative approach. Our team began the project by conducting thorough site assessments at each location to gain a deep understanding of specific needs and logistical considerations for signage placement and design. This enabled us to successfully produce and install large Flexi Face signage on the Front Build of their Rotherham Regional office, as well as Post and Panel signs for the Oxford and Dudley locations and a Panel sign for the Reading location.

Once FASTSIGNS understood the location requirements, our signage experts recommended a range of exterior graphics tailored to enhance MSI’s brand visibility and provide clear directional guidance.

For the exterior of each site, FASTSIGNS suggested aluminium sign trays, post and panel signs and acrylic panels to create opportunities to position the company’s logo, catering to each site's unique structural characteristics. The exterior signage also delivered important wayfinding information that worked to enhance the visitor experience and operational functionality at all sites. These directional signs include information signs indicating parking availability and directional information to receptions and other key onsite locations.

Inside each facility, FASTSIGNS provides wayfinding signage to ensure patients can navigate the clinics effortlessly. In addition to these, we produced and installed a variety of other signs, including parking signs, projecting signs, as well as reception acrylic and board signs, tailored for each of their new locations.

The Result

FASTSIGNS helped this business to ensure all signage across Oxford, Rotherham, Reading, Chesham and Dudley exhibits a cohesive and professional appearance, enhancing the company’s reputation and operational ease.
