Pharmacy Community Presence Create Healing Spaces

The Challenge

The IMAAN Pharmacy Group is expanding their presence across the UK through acquisitions and approached FASTSIGNS, their incumbent signage supplier, to help them bring their acquired outlets on brand.

The Solution

Each store needed to reflect the pharmacy group's brand accurately while accommodating the specific physical features and limitations of each location.

FASTSIGNS completed site surveys at each site, travelling thousands of miles to ensure each site received individual reviews. FASTSIGNS then worked with IMAAN Pharmacy to create a brand visual concept that transitioned their branding from a clinical look and feel to one that felt brighter and more approachable. With the agreed exterior branding and each site’s survey, FASTSIGNS compiled a plan for each site and made recommendations for the appropriate signs to be used.

Across the sites, FASTSIGNS installed new fascia signs and projecting signs, many of which are illuminated, as well as window graphics that share information about the pharmacy's services and opening times to help with communication to their customers. The strategic use of LED lighting and projecting signs increased the visibility of the pharmacies, particularly during the evening, enhancing their presence in the community.

With this rebranding taking place at a minimum of sixteen sites, FASTSIGNS worked to a meticulous project management programme to help deliver the signage on time and on budget.
FASTSIGNS were also able to respond to their client on short notice projects, where the IMAAN Pharmacy Group required new branding at a site over a three-day period.

The Result

The rebranding project led to several positive outcomes for IMAAN Pharmacy Group. The new signage across all locations reinforced a cohesive brand image, making the pharmacies easily recognisable and consistent in appearance. The meticulous planning and execution by FASTSIGNS successfully addressed the complex needs of IMAAN Pharmacy Group’s nationwide rebranding effort, resulting in enhanced brand consistency, increased visibility, and improved customer trust and awareness across all locations.
